Legal Advisor – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Advisor to support a leading AI company on a part‑time contract basis. You will apply your expertise in commercial contracts, employment law, structured finance, private equity, and M&A to help train next‑generation AI systems with high‑quality, real‑world input.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts to ensure legal accuracy and business alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, structured finance, private equity, and M&A matters.
• Evaluate SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs), identify risk areas, and recommend improvements.
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop compliance guidelines.
• Assess data‑privacy and regulatory compliance issues and advise on mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Strong background in commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
• Proven ability to draft and review MSAs and other commercial agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and project‑management skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI and machine‑learning concepts.
