About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for a stabilized community of 362 units in Woodland Hills. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting to move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications.
• Perform credit screening, criminal background checks and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance and ensure units are ready.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize the on‑site property management software (OneSi) to track leads, applications and resident information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in affordable or stabilized housing.
• Weekend availability required (typically 9 am – 6 pm).
• Eligibility for a 20% housing discount.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
