Leasing Professional – Wilshire Vermont Station

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, ensure smooth move‑ins, and maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and oversee resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track unit availability and resident information.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Korean language skills are a plus.
• Availability to work Thursday‑Monday schedule with weekend coverage as needed.
