About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join its Williamsburg community. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
