Leasing Professional – Willamette Gardens

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for Willamette Gardens, a 240‑unit affordable community in Eugene’s Harlow neighborhood. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a seamless move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and online platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to complete legal documents and explain apartment features.
• Professional demeanor and high level of customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired but not required).
