Leasing Professional – West Edge

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional for West Edge, a luxury high‑rise community in downtown Seattle. You will drive leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect tours (both virtual and in‑person), qualify leads, process applications, and manage lease sign‑offs.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including social media, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Track unit availability and prospect data using property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Follow up with prospects and residents via phone, email, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (preferred).
• Experience using social media and online platforms for marketing.
