About the role
The Leasing Professional – Vue 21 will coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This full‑time role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a seamless resident move‑in.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they are ready for occupancy.
- Coordinate community marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Provide ongoing resident satisfaction and manage lease renewals.
