Leasing Professional - Ensley

About the role

A full-time Leasing Professional is needed for the Ensley community in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role supports the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, by preparing lease files, entering lease data into the property management software and handling other administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare resident lease files by coordinating with leasing professionals on move-in dates, rent rates and lease terms, and assemble documentation that meets audit standards.
• Assist with lease signings and move-ins: prepare move-in packages, schedule and confirm appointments, and attend signing meetings to complete required documentation.
• Maintain current and historic lease files, set up a filing system, update resident records and comply with file storage and recordkeeping policies.
• Support leasing and marketing by preparing brochures, follow-up correspondence, lease renewal packages and other materials for prospects and existing residents.
• Enter resident data, move-in dates, lease terms, rental rates and concessions into the property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and provide supporting reports.
• Greet prospective residents, complete guest cards and qualification forms, show apartments, close deals and complete rental applications and credit screenings.
• Respond promptly and courteously to resident and owner concerns and document requests.

Required profile

• All licenses and certifications required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Lease up experience preferred.

• Hourly pay of $20-$21, with possible bonus programs depending on whether the position is corporate or onsite.
