Leasing Professional - Triana

About the role

A full-time Leasing Professional is needed for the Triana community in Woodland Hills, California. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategy to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, handling leasing to new residents, keeping residents satisfied and securing lease renewals. The community is stabilized with 362 units.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule repairs with the maintenance team.
• Follow market and competitor trends, develop marketing plans and run referral and employer outreach programs using online tools.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow concession and special programs.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents and run the lease renewal program with renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and requests.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of leasing experience; affordable and stabilized housing experience preferred.
• All state and local licenses and certifications required, and a valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb alone and 50 lb with help, and work in all weather; occasional travel to other properties or training.
• Flexible schedule, including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays.
