Leasing Professional - Trailhead (Seasonal)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a seasonal Leasing Professional for its Trailhead community in Austin. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
• Attention to detail for unit inspections, documentation, and compliance.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, seasonal environment and meet occupancy targets.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
