About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Tortuga Bay community at Waterford Lakes. This full‑time position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by delivering exceptional leasing experiences from prospect contact through move‑in and lease renewal.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
- Secure lease renewals and maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage as needed.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability with flexibility for rotating weekends.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to interact professionally with prospects and residents.
