Leasing Professional - The Winnifred + The Winston

About the role

This is a multi-site Leasing Professional position supporting two stabilized mid-rise communities in the Charlotte area, The Winnifred (91 units) and The Winston (132 units). The role coordinates marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals. It is a Monday-to-Friday schedule with rotating weekends, and reliable transportation between the two sites is required.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and leasing: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Pre-move-in inspections of apartments and scheduling of repairs with the maintenance team.
• Market research and marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs and online advertising.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Maintain show units and the leasing office to company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents, and run the lease renewal program with renewal letters and packages.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and requests.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the job.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk or sit for long periods, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule, including call duty on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

• Hourly pay of $18.00 - $20.00, with possible weekly, monthly or quarterly bonuses.
