Leasing Professional – The Tennyson at Crescent Creek

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for The Tennyson at Crescent Creek community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospecting and tours to lease signing and move‑in, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience performing sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to inspect apartments, ensure move‑in readiness, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions and competitor activity.
• Experience designing and executing community marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
