Leasing Professional – The Overlook at the Rim

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Overlook at the Rim community in San Antonio. This full‑time position focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets by guiding prospects through the leasing process and ensuring a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they meet readiness standards.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewal efforts.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to implement effective leasing strategies.
