Leasing Professional – The Oliveen

About the role

The Oliveen community is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and support existing tenants throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase available units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record prospect activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required skills
