Leasing Professional – The Mason

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Mason community in Mesa. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the marketing team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and competitive positioning.
• Detail‑oriented mindset for lease preparation, unit inspections, and data entry.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
