Leasing Professional – The Link at Twin Creeks

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for The Link at Twin Creeks community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive prospect engagement and lease management.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins, and inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm move‑in ready condition.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and follow community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards by conducting daily inspections and coordinating with the maintenance team for any outstanding items.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to meet community revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Effective communication skills for prospect interaction and resident satisfaction.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in internet marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Ability to conduct credit screening and background checks.
