Leasing Professional – The Brownstones at Englewood

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Brownstones at Englewood. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets through proactive leasing and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit checks, and background screenings.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and confirm move‑in readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
