Leasing Professional – The Apex Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for The Apex community, ensuring high occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. This role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, preparing move‑in packages, and maintaining strong resident relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease documents.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full leasing cycle from prospect qualification to lease signing.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in preparations.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and implementation of marketing strategies.
