About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Summit at San Marcos community in Chandler, Arizona. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
- Inspect units before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready and meet quality standards.
- Manage lease renewals and maintain ongoing resident relationships to support retention.
