About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the St. Marin community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing and resident relations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready.
- Monitor market trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
- Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
- Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity and manage resident data.
- Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage prospective residents.
- Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
Required skills
- Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
- Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
