Leasing Professional – Southeast Denver

About the role
We are looking for a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for our Southeast Denver community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident retention by managing the full leasing cycle and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartment units.
- Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Inspect units before move‑in to confirm they are ready and address any issues.
- Coordinate move‑in logistics, ensure smooth resident onboarding, and manage lease signings.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and work to secure lease renewals.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Team player who can collaborate with property management and maintenance staff.
