Leasing Professional – South End

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to support its South End community, handling leasing activities across properties between Tacoma and Renton. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect building, virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Deliver a stellar move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is required.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, including completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired but not required).
