About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community in Somerset, NJ. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by managing all leasing activities and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and facilitate smooth resident move‑ins and lease signings.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and support resident renewal efforts.
