Leasing Professional – Solaris Encinitas

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Solaris community in Encinitas. You will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets in a fast‑paced, luxury‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute community marketing and leasing strategies.
• Show units, process applications, and negotiate lease agreements.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout lease terms and secure renewals.
• Track occupancy metrics and report on leasing performance.
• Provide weekend coverage and flexible scheduling as needed.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in high‑end or luxury properties.
• Proven ability to lease quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with marketing outreach.
• Availability for weekend work and flexible shift patterns.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi or other property‑management CRM systems.
