Leasing Professional – Seattle

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its Seattle team. This full‑time position will focus on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction across multiple communities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct all leasing activities for new residents, from tours to lease signing.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term to ensure high satisfaction.
• Secure lease renewals and manage resident retention initiatives.
• Support the specific properties Pratt Park, Coppins Well, Axle, and The Danforth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Seattle, Washington.
