Leasing Professional – Sea Glass

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Sea Glass garden‑style community. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends.
• Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and perform credit screening.
• Strong attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in readiness.
