Leasing Professional – Sailboat Bay

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Sailboat Bay to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This full‑time, regular position starts at Sailboat Bay and may transition based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show units and common areas to company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing issues or routing them appropriately.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license (required for operating a golf cart on property).
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening, and background checks.
