About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the River Terrace community in Eugene, Oregon. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Manage lease renewals and retain existing residents.
- Address resident inquiries and maintain ongoing resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of leasing processes and ability to meet occupancy goals.
- High integrity and professionalism in handling resident information.
