Leasing Professional – Revival on Platte

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Revival on Platte community in Denver. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Lead lease file audits and inspect apartments before resident move‑in, coordinating with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify prospects and guide them through the leasing process.
• Attention to detail for lease file audits, apartment inspections, and compliance with company standards.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
