About the role
Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Champions Apartments in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective leasing processes and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents.
- Conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages.
- Ensure smooth resident move‑in and lease signing.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm readiness.
- Coordinate lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
