Leasing Professional – Residential Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Rae on Sunset community in Los Angeles. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy and revenue by guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and supporting current residents throughout their lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings, and coordinate criminal background checks.
• Negotiate lease terms, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, address inquiries, and facilitate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Ability to work the Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
