Leasing Professional – Pringle Square

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to manage the leasing, marketing and renewal activities for Pringle Square, a stabilized 292‑unit garden‑style community in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and coordinate apartment inspections to ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor local market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect and resident data.
• Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage to meet community needs.

Required profile

• Experience conducting leasing and sales activities in a residential community.
• Ability to inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market trends.
• Comfort with developing and executing marketing plans.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
