Leasing Professional – Park Lane Village

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to support its Park Lane Village portfolio. The role will involve financial analysis of development opportunities, preparation of transaction documentation, and coordination with brokers, capital partners, and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of development projects, including building financial models and pro‑forma projections.
• Gather, research, and analyze market data to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and organize documentation required for evaluating and closing real‑estate transactions.
• Interact with real‑estate brokers, capital partners, and institutional clients to facilitate deals.
• Track and report the status of transactions across assigned geographic markets.
• Support ongoing project execution and delivery phases.
