About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community in New York City and Westchester County. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals through effective leasing activities and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to verify condition and readiness.
- Support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and work to secure lease renewals.
