Leasing Professional – New Apartment Community

About the role

Join the founding team of Broadstone Walnut Grove, Greystar’s newest 284‑unit community in Vancouver, WA. As a Leasing Professional you will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet Greystar standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, documenting and escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and occasional travel to other properties.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
