Leasing Professional – Morgan Park Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Morgan Park community, a stabilized garden‑style property with 148 units. You will work directly with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, lease agreements, and resident move‑ins.
• Manage lease renewals and retention initiatives to maintain high occupancy.
• Collaborate with the property management team on marketing strategies and resident events.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am–6 pm.
• Professional appearance and a commitment to Greystar’s standards.
