Leasing Professional - Mira Vista Hills

About the role

A stabilized, garden-style community of 280 units in Mira Vista Hills is hiring a Leasing Professional. The role coordinates the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue and resident retention goals, and is open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience. The schedule is Tuesday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and lease apartments: greet and qualify prospects, give tours, process applications, run credit and background checks, prepare leases and move-in packages, and ensure a smooth move-in.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and schedule repairs with the maintenance team.
• Track market and competitor conditions, develop marketing plans and follow concession and special programs to sustain occupancy.
• Run marketing activities such as resident referrals, employer outreach and online advertising, and use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and resident data.
• Keep show units and the leasing office in top condition and follow up with prospects and new residents.
• Support lease renewals with renewal letters and packages, and respond promptly to resident and owner concerns.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience; eligible for incentive-based bonuses.
• All state and local licenses and certifications required for the position.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for long periods, work indoors and outdoors in all weather, and lift up to 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with help.
• Flexible schedule, including call-outs on evenings, weekends and holidays; occasional travel to other properties or training.

• Hourly pay of $20.19-$23.00 (Antioch), with possible weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses for onsite positions.
