Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community (Orlando)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for a new mid‑rise community in Orlando. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekend shifts.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics.
