Leasing Professional – Middletown Landing

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for the Middletown Landing community in Louisville. This role focuses on attracting new residents, ensuring a smooth move‑in experience, and maintaining high resident satisfaction to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, coordinate apartment inspections and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and special programs to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
