About the role
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the team at Lodge at Madrona in Tacoma. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving occupancy, and supporting resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and process lease applications for new residents.
- Maintain resident relationships, address inquiries, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with lease renewals and retention initiatives to maximize resident retention.
- Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
