About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of development opportunities, including building financial models and pro‑forma projections.
• Gather, research, and analyze market data to identify viable projects.
• Prepare and organize documentation to facilitate transaction evaluation and closing.
• Interact with real‑estate brokers, capital partners, institutional clients, and internal development teams.
• Track and report the status of real‑estate transactions within assigned geographic markets.
• Support ongoing project execution and delivery monitoring.
