Leasing Professional – Lease‑Up Specialist

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Lease‑Up) will drive occupancy and resident retention for a Greystar community in Rosenberg, Texas. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting marketing and renewal initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and apartment showings.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure smooth lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm readiness and address any issues.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and pursue lease renewals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Experience handling leasing transactions, including applications, screenings and lease documentation.
• Attention to detail for apartment inspections and move‑in preparation.
• Ability to work toward occupancy and revenue goals in a fast‑paced environment.
