Leasing Professional – Lantower Bayside

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Lantower Bayside community in Largo. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends.
