Leasing Professional – Jefferson Cenza

About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for the Jefferson Cenza community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering exceptional service to new and existing residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience.
• Preferred experience with Yardi or similar property management systems.
• Availability to work Wednesday‑Sunday, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may change based on business needs).
• Ability to inspect units and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Required skills

• Yardi property management software.
• OneSite or comparable property management platform.
• Internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
