Leasing Professional – Indigo Cove

About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Indigo Cove community, a townhome development of 82 units in Bluffton, South Carolina. This full‑time position focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets throughout the lease‑up phase and beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available townhomes.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
- Maintain resident satisfaction during the lease term and coordinate lease renewal activities.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule (9 am‑6 pm) with rotating weekend coverage.
Required profile
- Ability to provide high levels of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and lease documentation.
