Leasing Professional – Greenwood Point

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for the Greenwood Point community, driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, background checks, preparing lease and move‑in packages, and ensuring smooth resident move‑in.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in, ensure they are move‑in ready, and schedule any outstanding maintenance items.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions, specials and other programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, email and other websites.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure community and show units meet company standards for quality through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Ability to coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation to greet, qualify and guide prospective residents.
• Proactive market awareness to adjust leasing tactics based on competitor activity.
• Capability to manage documentation and processes from application through lease signing and move‑in.
• Attention to detail in apartment inspections and maintenance coordination.
