Escrow Assistant – Guardian Title Agency

About the role

You will be the essential link that keeps real‑estate transactions moving smoothly from contract to closing. Working closely with the closing representative, agents, buyers, sellers, lenders and other stakeholders, you will gather, organize and process all required documentation to ensure timely, stress‑free closings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for signing, including vesting amendments, and return signed documents to lenders.
• Review purchase contracts for completeness, request missing information, and perform preliminary title audits.
• Prepare estimated closing statements for review and maintain accurate transaction files.
• Issue post‑closing checks and transmit final documents to lenders.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to promote our escrow services.

Required profile

• Patience and a calm, friendly demeanor when handling agents, buyers and sellers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve documentation errors.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional appearance and communication skills that reflect positively on the company.

Required skills

• Experience with escrow processing (1‑4 years).
• Familiarity with loan document preparation and closing statement preparation.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
