Leasing Professional – Grand Cypress

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Grand Cypress community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a smooth leasing experience and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a seamless resident experience.
