Leasing Professional – Foxboro Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives for the Foxboro community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process and ensure a positive experience throughout their tenancy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain resident satisfaction, address inquiries, and manage lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the community and achieve occupancy goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate documentation.
• Experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.
